Momentary Ink has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, partial or full refund requests resulting from application issues or user error are managed case by case.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please send an email to support@momentaryink.com within 14 days of purchase and we will respond within 1 business day.

Refunds/Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. Exchanges arising from application issues are evaluated on a case by case basis by our customer service team. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products as they’re made specifically for you and no longer usable for future customers.
