If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of purchase and we will respond within 1 business day with a solution, usually exchange or refund.
We exchange products that are defective or damaged immediatelly. Exchanges arising from application issues are evaluated on a case by case basis by our customer service team.
We do not need to send returns for custom products as they’re made specifically for you and no longer usable for future customers. Honestly, lets keep as low deliveries as possible to protect planet.
